This policy explains what data OTS processes and how we protect it. OTS is an operational tool used by authorized staff to run order and delivery operations.

1. Data we process

• Customer order data: name, phone, address, products and COD amount.
• Shipment & tracking data from carriers (Masarat, Babel Express).
• Staff account data: name, email and role for access control.

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the delivery service — validating orders, dispatching shipments, tracking deliveries, collecting cash-on-delivery, and producing operational reports. It is not sold.

3. Sharing with carriers

To deliver an order, the necessary recipient and shipment details are shared with the carrier you select (Masarat or Babel Express) strictly to fulfill that delivery.

4. Security

Access is role-based and password-protected. Credentials must be kept confidential and not shared. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data in storage and transit.

5. Retention

Operational records are retained as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting and legitimate business purposes, then archived or removed.
